With more than 20 years of varying experience in business and communications, Mark has delivered his message at local and state conventions, to youth and corporate groups and to the high school and collegiate populous. Armed with a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and Psychology, Mark is a certified speaker with Monster Worldwide’s Making it Count Programs, the Positive Coaching Alliance and Founder of Xtreme Effort Speaking.
Mark “The Speaker Man” specializes in transforming youth in preparation for success. Through his “Get of the Bench Speaking Series”, Mark has proven results in successfully connecting with his audience. As a result, he has been featured as a speaker for the Future Business Leaders of America, Fellowship of Christian Athletes, the National Collegiate Athletic Association and his fraternity, Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc.
Mark, an outstanding entrepreneur, has used his business savvy as a former owner of a Cookies by Design franchise and president of the Franchisee Owners Advertising Association to make real world connections for his audiences. As CEO of Xtreme Effort Speaking, Mark has partnered and served many organizations including Moovin4ward Presentations and Image Creativity.
As a former University of Alabama-Huntsville basketball player, scholar and Hall of Honors inductee, Mark prides himself on presenting diverse programs to the corporate community, educational institutions, athletes, students, parents and coaches in an effort to “Move you from the bench to the starting line up of life”.
